Is Cuba in a Crisis...?

This small island offers big rewards.
Late last year, the U.S.and Cuba moved to normalize relations between the two neighbors. This is a great move for both countries and travelers. Cuba has plenty of beautiful natural landscapes, beaches, wildlife, and some historic architecture. The small island of Cuba is buzzing to keep up with the new tourist on the block, the Americans.
As you stroll through the Cuban island one would think you have gone back in time. The streets are full of the great American classic cars of the 50's, most in terrific shape. A classic car lovers dream.

Crisis in Cuba? Not today. I strongly recommend you consider visiting this close island neighbor of ours.

The island of Cuba has a lot to offer:

  1. Cayo Coco,Cuba - white sand beaches, beautiful coral reefs, and pink flamingos!
  2. Havana - Fine dining (La Guarida), beautiful old architecture, salsa music, beaches!
  3. Cienfuegos - Yacht clubs, Sailing, Botanical Gardens, Bay of Cienfuegos!
  4. Varadero - Scuba, snorkeling, surfing, Off road ATV, jeep tours.
Shallow dive but amazing reef with lots of life. Watch out for fire coral. Great place to snorkel too.
Great trip

We were lucky enough to have the same tour guide on the Havana Day Tour and the Sugar, Rum and Tobacco Tour. Hubert was knowledgeable, friendly and had an amazing amount of knowledge about Cuban history. I would definitely recommend these tours.
Thanks.

  1. Love this info on Cuba. I can't wait to get there. Going on a surfing vacay, hope to sample the cigars too.
